Cancellation Policy
- Individual and Group Goal Consulting Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. If the session has been prepaid, then a refund will be applied. For cancellations within 24 hours, 75% of the total payment will be refunded.
- Hosted Goal Party Sessions must be canceled at least 1 week in advance of the scheduled time. 75% of the total payment will be refunded if the session is canceled within the required time frame. Otherwise, the payment will be forfeited.
- For Clinical Research Consulting and Freelance work, please refer to the contract for details on termination.
Terms of Payment
- For individual goal consulting sessions, payment is due within 1 week of services rendered. A 20% late fee will be assessed if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
- For group goal consulting sessions and hosted parties, payment is due prior to the scheduled session date.
- Payment for products is due at the time of order
- For Clinical Research Consulting and Freelance work, please refer to the contract for terms of payment.
Refund Policy – Products
Given the nature of the products, refunds will not be permitted.
